Charles Harold Zastrow (born 1942) is an American social scientist and Professor of Social Work at the George Williams College of the Aurora University, known for his work on the theory and practice of social work.〔Day, Phyllis J. Columbia University Press, 2001.〕 Zastrow took his studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received his BS and MS in Psychology and in 1971 his PhD in Social Welfare〔(Charles Zastrow ) at Aurora university.
